Soiree Head2Core – 2nd Edition

Following the success of our inaugural event, we are delighted to invite you to the second edition of the Soirée Head2Core, an evening dedicated to community, conversation, and impact.

Join us at Table 51 for a cocktail dînatoire with open bar, where guests will have the opportunity to meet the Head2Core team and our beneficiaries from McGill University, the Jewish General Hospital, and St. Mary’s Hospital. Together, we are developing innovative initiatives supporting ADHD, trauma, and recovery, while building an educational series of events designed to inform and empower our community.

This annual gathering raises the operational funds that allow the Head2Core Foundation to continue promoting mental health through physical activity—one of the most powerful and proven tools for improving mood, reducing stress, and preventing anxiety and depression.
